Purpose

The purpose of  Little Lambs Preschool at John Wesley United Methodist Church is to provide quality child care for young children in the community in a loving, Christ-centered environment and to reach out with God’s love to the families of those children.

Goals

* To provide a Christian role model and to promote Christian education in the early school environment as an enhancement to what is offered at home.

* To allow young children to learn through play, developing spiritually, physically, socially, intellectually and creatively into a whole person of God.

* To excite young children about the whole learning process.

* To develop a mutually supportive relationship between families and school in order to provide a firm foundation for the child’s growth.

Philosophy

The philosophy of Little Lambs Preschool is based on Christian principles.  A program will be provided for each child that is developmentally appropriate, with exposure to real life experiences in a loving, Christian atmosphere, lifting up Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord.
